WHAT WE DO
MURALS BY, FOR & ABOUT COMMUNITY
We collaborate with neighborhoods and organizations to create vibrant murals that boldly proclaim, reclaim, and rewrite community narratives. Our murals explore diverse perspectives, cultivate pride, and inspire intentional visions of the future while forging deeper community connections. Community vision guides the mural designs, which come to life with the help of hundreds of people painting alongside professional muralists.

RECREATING HISTORIC MURALS
Restoring historic murals honors the voices of the past and redresses past acts of cultural erasure. By carefully recreating lost or damaged murals, we restore valuable cultural heritage and ensure these stories remain a visible part of public history. These projects can also include training for local artists in community-engaged mural making, equipping them with skills to restore other historical works and create their own works of public art.
